Faculty members, students, and interested participants are invited to watch the recorded session titled “Yay! No Need to Learn Python Anymore (Or Do We?) Now That We Have ChatGPT.” This session explores the role of AI in programming and how humans can effectively collaborate with AI technologies.


This session includes

  • Applying ChatGPT as a tool to support programming tasks

  • The advantages and limitations of using AI in code development

  • Workflows for collaborating with AI and the capabilities of AI in supporting programming activities


The session also raises an important question: in an era where AI can assist with coding, is it still necessary to learn foundational skills such as Python? Participants will gain insights into how to adapt and effectively leverage AI in practice.
