Our Story
The Learning Innovation Center is a unit under the University Office, established in 2010 to support the policy of higher education reform in Thailand for the 21st century and to advance teaching and learning at Chulalongkorn University toward the Education 3.0 system. The center's first director was Mrs. Prapaipit Mongkolrat.
Currently, within the context of Chulalongkorn University's second century, the Learning Innovation Center operates under the strategic project "LiLLE" (Learning Innovations for Lifelong Education). This initiative aligns with the university's vision of becoming a hub of innovation, a pillar of the nation, and a center for higher education in the region.
Policy and Strategy
The Learning Innovation Center (LIC) aligns with the university's policies and strategies, organizing its operations into three main mission groups, along with two additional assigned tasks:
1. Teaching and Learning Innovation

Organize activities to enhance the knowledge and skills of faculty and staff, ensuring their teaching methods remain relevant in a rapidly changing world.

Promote research initiatives to improve teaching and learning at both course and curriculum levels.
2. Support for Learning Tools

Provide technology services and learning tools to facilitate effective teaching and learning management.
3. Lifelong Learning and Performance Evaluation

Develop online courses and public learning programs to promote lifelong education.
