Active
Learning
According to the university's strategic project, Learning Innovation for Lifelong Education (LILLE), it aims to develop teaching and learning to be more Active Learning in order to comply with the policy of teaching and learning management in the Education 3.0 or Education 4.0 system. The university has set a goal to support faculties/colleges to improve the teaching and learning process to be Active Learning in order to encourage lecturers to improve the teaching and learning of subjects in various faculties as a pilot project. When lecturers have completed the process and submitted the report in each semester, the university will invite them to present the results of the work and exchange learning among interested lecturers (Show & Share) in order to lead to the development of an efficient learning process continuously in the future.

Classroom Research Grant
The university places great importance on encouraging faculty members to conduct classroom research to improve and enhance teaching and learning effectiveness. The primary goal is to foster efficient learning processes among students. To support this initiative, the university allocates funding as research grants to promote broader participation in classroom research. These grants have been provided since the 2011 academic year, with the Learning Innovation Center tasked with organizing ongoing faculty development activities, including:

Recognizing the necessity of further encouraging faculty members to undertake classroom research projects, the university aims to utilize research findings to address challenges and improve teaching practices more effectively. To this end, the university provides grants to interested faculty members, with applications for classroom research grants accepted throughout the academic year.

The university encourages faculty members and departments to conduct research aimed at analyzing and improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning methods at both course and curriculum levels.
The focus is on achieving outcomes that enhance students' learning processes, enabling them to develop their full potential. This includes improving learning outcomes, developing teaching and learning models, creating supportive teaching materials/tools, and conducting institutional research, among other initiatives.
